American Express Meetings & Events: March 2015
American Express Meetings & Events requested a unique yet functional dimensional mailer, aligned with the M&E Brand and relevant to their meeting/event planner target audience. Meetings & Events takes care of sourcing venue, negotiating contracts and concessions, and reviewing contracts at no cost to the event planner. The idea was to make the audience aware of this service so that American Express can turn their to do list, into done. Each note had different reasons for the things to do ranging from complimenting the planner to reminding them of Meetings & Events involvement.
Notebook—arrived in a custom corrugated cardboard box wrapped in custom packing tape that alluded to the “done list”. The tri-fold notepad was sized to fit the notepads inside, coated with soft-touch varnish, and die cut latch accented the American Express arrow pointing the user through the experience.
Landing page—gave the user access to the program video explaining in more detail the process and service. It also allowed them to sign up for more information and to be matched with an American Express Meetings & Events representative for their event.
